Marc Whitmore is the chief executive officer and founder of the internationally renowned agency MWO Management. Based out of both London and Los Angeles, MWO is a multi-service multi-media company specializing in artist management, the production and distribution of music, and the full end-to-end client service required in today’s entertainment industry.
Marc has earned an enviable reputation as one of the best executives operating in areas such as talent development and management, feature acquisition and distribution for motion pictures and television projects, as well as guiding companies to become the best version of themselves. He has consulted for many nonprofit organizations such as World Vision, The Humane Society, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Convoy of Hope, Operation Smile, Holt International, Northwest Medical Teams, Food for the Poor, and a host of others.
He has provided his professional services to a diverse range of celebrities including Matthew McConaughey, Bob Hope, Pat Boone, Alice Cooper, Willie Nelson, Brad Paisley, and countless more. He has also consulted for the White House on several Presidential campaigns and has been a producer of Presidential Inaugurals.
Currently, on the boards of the Renaissance Channel, Electric Cinema, Significant Living, Continental Singers, The Artist Collective, Boy Scouts of America, Ozarks Council, and advisory boards of the Heartland Film Festival, Show Me Missouri International Film Festival, and the Liberty Film Festival, Marc is the CEO that defines the MWO brand. Lori Couto
Behind every successful CEO, there is usually one person that has been with them side by side since the very beginning. In the case of Marc Whitmore, that talented individual is Lori Couto. For eight years she has been building and maintaining the three arms of the company; MWO Management, MWO Presents, and MWO Records.
Applying her 40+ years of management skills to the brands, she has been instrumental in leading client consultation, managing projects, and developing the artists on MWO’s amazing roster. From coordinating national events for the 2020 Presidential Campaign to organizing and planning concerts, movie releases, conferences, trade shows, weddings, plays, tournaments, and much more, she is the consummate industry professional dedicated to client service.
As the manager in charge of business and staff development, Lori Couto is head of the dream machine and helping lead MWO to ever-higher levels of excellence.
Christina Baur
Christina Baur is one of the engine rooms that drive MWO Management to be a market leader in the entertainment business. Earning her industry stripes both in Germany and California, she has been key to sustaining and supporting events and artists across the globe. During her career, she has also worked with artists such as Namika, Alvaro Soler, Mark Forster, Milow, Anastacia, Alphaville, Rea Garvey, Sasha, Hans Zimmer, Nena, and Silbermond.
After gaining her bachelor's degree in Experimental Marketing, she started her career with MWO and has never looked back. Working very closely with her growing roster, she is wholly committed to her clients’ careers. From designing and structuring tour schedules to planning and strategizing artist content for maximum market exposure, Christina is passionate about her role and dedicated to delivering the best possible outcomes for the artists she represents.
Currently based out of Munich Germany, she is the epitome of the international 24-hour service economy and is available when you need her.
Jacob Scott
Jacob Scott knows a thing or two about teamwork. Graduating from Cal Poly with a master’s in Kinesiology, he also began coaching track and field and cross country running. That exposure to planning, oversite, and attention to detail made him the perfect choice to work at MWO.
After organizing large-scale events at Cal Poly over a 3 year period including the Mustang Family Weekend and Commencement ceremonies, Jacob joined the MWO brand to assist with the end-to-end show production and logistics process. From website management, marketing outreach, vendor relations, ticket sales, and much more, his meticulous skills allow for a smooth and vertically integrated show.
Helping share the organization’s expanding list of clients to a global audience is what drives Jacob forward. As MWO’s ambitions grow, it is team players like Jacob who will walk with us on our journey into the future.
Lauren Brasesco

She is one of our talented business assistants dedicated to providing the service that allows her clients to focus on their art. Having experience as a venue operations manager, songwriter, producer and audio engineer, she truly understands what is needed to support her expanding roster of artists.
From writing and drafting contracts, connecting clients, attending their shows, assisting with the production and distribution of music, to tour planning and beyond, she represents the full end-to- end service that MWO provides.
